Summer School 2026

Since 2021, the Summer School of the Centre for Teacher Education at the University of Vienna has been held jointly with the Institute of Educational Sciences at the University of Basel. This year, from 06-09 July 2025 in Spital am Phyrn, participants were able to enrich the content and methodology of their own research project under the guidance and advice of international experts in lectures, workshops, poster sessions and individual counselling and subject it to a critical but friendly peer review.

The Summer School 2025 took place from 14 to 17 July in Spital am Pyhrn.

These experts gave lectures and workshops and were available to advise participants during the Summer School:

• Dr. Jennifer Meyer (IPN Kiel, Deutschland): Entwicklung und Beforschung automatisierten Feedbacks unter Verwendung künstlicher Intelligenz
• Dr. Tom Bielik (Radboud University, Nijmegen, Niederlande): Teaching and Learning about Complex Phenomena
• Dr. Marco Galle (Pädagogische Hochschule Luzern, Schweiz): Lernen in sozialen Netzwerken: gemischt-methodische soziale Netzwerkforschung mit der strukturierenden qualitativen Inhaltsanalyse
• Dr. Lukas Boser Hofmann (Universität Basel, Schweiz): Under Review: Zum Umgang mit kollegialer Begutachtung
