The Centre for Teacher Education (ZLB) at the University of Vienna is the organisational and coordinating interface for all tasks related to teacher education. We cooperate with University of Vienna faculties and centres and partners from the North-East Schools’ Group (the University Colleges of Teacher Education in Lower Austria and Vienna, the University College of Teacher Education of Christian Churches Vienna/Krems and the University College for Agrarian and Environmental Pedagogy) to improve and develop the quality of teacher education in research and teaching. We are available for questions about teacher education and are the main point of contact for students, as well as for schools and teachers who would like to become involved in teacher education.
